Hamburg School is seeking a qualified Temporary Leave Replacement School Business Administrator/Board Secretary to support district business operations during a temporary leave of absence. Core responsibilities include budget support, financial reporting, purchasing, payroll oversight, and Board Secretary functions.

Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey School Business Administrator's Standard Certificate
- Experience in school finance, budgeting, and business office operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with NJ statutes and regulations
- Employment is subject to a successful criminal history background check and review of prior school district employment history, as required by New Jersey law.
- Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-7, employees must reside in New Jersey within one year of employment unless exempt.
