Effective:                 October 7, 2024 – December 20, 2024

Requirements:         Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate:
                                  Teacher of Elementary Grades K-6 with Specialty Endorsement in Mathematics 5-8 or Teacher of Mathematics         
 
Candidate must demonstrate:

• knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Math.
• knowledge of meeting the needs of diverse learners.
• strong understanding of technology integration.
• proficiency in effective teaching methods & developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
• ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• ability to collaborate with colleagues to analyze student data and participate in data-driven decision-making processes.
• aptitude for providing targeted interventions and/or enrichment opportunities based on data analysis.
• proficiency in developing and implementing diverse instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles, abilities, and needs of students.

 
Community:
The Freehold Borough Public Schools is a Pre-K – 8 District in Monmouth County, NJ with a diverse student population of over 1,600 students.  The district is comprised of two elementary schools and one middle school.  Freehold Intermediate School is a middle school service students in grades 6-8.  High school students attend the Freehold Regional High School District.
