What You’ll Be Doing:
- Completion of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), assessments, and treatment planning
- Providing supervision to RBTs and parent training
- After-school hours required with a minimum of two home cases during those hours
- Remote Opportunities: While this role emphasizes in-person collaboration and hands-on support, remote work is available for select responsibilities such as documentation, team meetings, supervision, and parent training (when appropriate).
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (required)
- State Licensure (Required prior to starting employment, but is not required at time of hire)
- At least 1 year experience providing direct support in the human services field
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required due to frequent travel
- Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to:
- Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally
- Up to 20 lbs. of force frequently
- Up to 10 lbs. of force constantly
- Activities such as pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing, and reaching

Compensation & Benefits (For Full Time Employee)
- Hourly wage: $85.00 – $100.00 per hour, based on education and experience Performance-based bonus pay

Schedule & Availability:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Standard school hours (Monday–Friday, between 8 AM-3 PM)
- In-home sessions are scheduled after 3 PM
