TITLE: Secretary for the Adult Education Department
STATUS: Full-Time
STARTING SALARY: $37,552.00
DESCRIPTION: Seeking an experienced administrative professional who has competencies with general office tasks, including excellent communication skills both oral and written, filing and record keeping management, pro-efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and other office programs.
The ability to utilize online platforms and databases to manage student data and outcome, such as student graduation rates, certification rates and employment outcomes. The ability to generate reports and assist in maintaining billing information for district office financials and record keeping procedures and responsibilities.

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate Degree or Higher
- Prior Office Experience a Plus
- Knowledge of State (DOE, DOL) Reporting Systems a Plus
