Full Time Paraprofessional Position

Pending Board of Education approval, the Neptune City School District is seeking to hire a full-time paraprofessional for the upcoming school year.  

Qualifications;

• High school diploma or equivalent training and passing grade on the PRAXIS exam for paraprofessionals or 48 college credits.
• Strong Knowledge of Child Growth and Development
• Ability to work in an inclusive environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, administration and families
• Must have patience, understanding, and flexibility working with the special education community
• School schedule, 180 days a year
• 7-hour work day, 8:15am - 3:00pm

Salary/Benefits;

• Yearly Salary: starting at approximately $21,396 ($17.60 an hour), higher salary dependent on experience.
• Family health and dental benefits are available.
