| Reports To: | Principal and Supervisor of School Counseling |
| Job Goal: | To guide students through the critical transition to adulthood by providing comprehensive college and career planning, vital social-emotional and academic support, and by serving as a strategic advocate who ensures every student meets success. |
| Qualifications: | New Jersey School Counselor Certification |
| Salary: | Starting salary of $57,547.00
Placement on the Education Association of Paramus (EAP) Salary Guide, in accordance with experience and related qualifications |
