Byram Schools are currently accepting applications for the position of: a highly qualified Middle School ELA teacher - Leave Replacement with expertise in Middle School English Language Arts (Grades 5-8). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional skills, a commitment to inclusive education, and a passion for helping all students succeed.
Required:
- appropriate NJ certification for Middle School ELA
- Highly qualified in English Language Arts (per NJDOE standards)
- Criminal History background check
Duties:
Salary:
- In accordance with the established BEA Salary Guide, based on education level and experience, currently ranging from $59,076 (BA Step 1) - $97,316 (MA+30, Step 19)
Benefits:
- 1 sick day per month worked; family illness and personal days prorated per contract
