Description

The Delran Township School District, a K-12 district committed to excellence and innovation, is accepting applications for an anticipated opening for an experienced Principal to lead Millbridge Elementary School. The Millbridge Elementary School Principal will be the lead administrator for the close to 700 students in Grades PS-2 and the 125 faculty and staff members. The district is seeking a dynamic instructional leader committed to maintaining a positive and safe school environment and who has the following qualifications:

 

  • NJ Principal's Certification or Certificate of Eligibility.
  • Successful and proven experience as a principal, along with elementary school teaching experience.
  • Effective leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate certificated and non-certificated staff members.
  • Record of success in establishing an effective learning environment and maintaining high standards of academic excellence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to motivate staff and students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community.
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident.
