Notre Dame High School has an opening for a Math/Business Department Chairperson starting September 2022.
The chairperson is responsible for the implementation of the school's educational goals and objectives as they pertain to the department and the school as a whole. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, Department Chairs are responsible for assisting the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction by monitoring instructional programs, coordinating department meetings, supervising teachers, and working with department members to maximize the professional learning community. Department Chairs report to the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction.
- Master's Degree
- NJ or State Teaching and Supervisor Certificates
- Completed 5 successful years teaching at the middle or high school level
