POSITION:                   Anticipated Membership Supervisor
                                     Twelve (12) Month Position

START DATE:              Immediately - Pending Criminal History Clearance
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • CPR/AED current certification required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years related fitness industry experience, specifically in marketing and social media marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and effective time management skills required.
  • Daxko software proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to prepare all reports regarding programs and operations of the site.
 
REPORTS TO:
  • Aquatics and Fitness Center Site Director
 
SCOPE:     
  • Responsible for assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center in all areas of operations. Included in operations are the areas of membership, internal marketing, administration, and other items deemed necessary for the day to day operations of the Aquatics and Fitness Center. The Membership Supervisor will work closely with the Site Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Tracks all sales and activity, tours, prospects, cancellations, balances, holds, and retention.
  • Oversees all front desk operations and personnel.
  • Ensures outstanding customer/member service with the utilization of Daxko Engage.
  • Development of effective internal marketing campaigns to increase membership.
  • Responsible for staffing schedules in the fitness facility including Membership employees.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports to track membership growth and retention.
  • Communicates with AFC members via Daxko Engage/Operations.
  • Oversees AFC Social Media (AFC website, Instagram, Facebook)
 
EVALUATION:
  • Performance of this job to be evaluated by the Site Director and Assistant Superintendent for Operations and Security.

MINIMUM SALARY: $55,000
