DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT
The Director of Institutional Advancement shall be responsible for administrative leadership and planning in fundraising, alumni relations, and special events.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
.Creates and maintains a strategic plan and annual calendar for fundraising, alumni relations, and special events.
Leads the formulation, development, and implementation of stewardship policies and procedures to ensure proper solicitation, receipt, recording, and recognition of gifts and donations for all fundraising activities at Don Bosco Prep.
scholarships, and endowment funds in accordance with the DBP’s mission and vision.
Leads and manages staff in development, alumni relations, and special events, and assists in marketing & communications.
Researches, identifies, cultivates, and solicits major gift donors and prospects, including individuals, corporations and foundations. Manages a portfolio of major gift prospects. Establishes relations with all public and private funding sources.
Responsible for oversight and submission of all relative fundraising reports, statistics, projections, and publications.
