Experience Preferred

Qualifications:

• Black Seal License required
• Experience in plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; repairs; security; heating and ventilation
• Demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Supervisory ability
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Salary Range:  $62,000 - $68,000
