Teacher of Middle School English Language Arts - Leave Replacement

Avon-by-the-Sea School District is a one building district serving approximately 120 students in grades Preschool through Grade Eight. We are in search of a full-time Teacher of Middle School English Language Arts - Leave Replacement for the 2025-2026 Academic Year from on or about November 21, 2025 until on or about March 30, 2026. Applicants must possess the required certification and demonstrate a successful track record of exceptional instructional pedagogy, advanced technology skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across many platforms. 

 

Job Description:

Required NJ Certification:

  • Elementary School Teacher K-6 (1001)
  • Subject Matter Specialization: ELA Grades 5-8 (1106)
