Teacher of English/Language Arts - Grade 8
Tenure-Track Position

Location: GMB Middle School

The successful candidate for this position will support ELA instruction for grade 8 students.  Familiarity with Amplify ELA preferred.  

Appropriate NJ certification(s) required - Elementary Teacher with 5-8 ELA Endorsement or K-12 Teacher of English.  ESL and Special Education certifications preferred.
 

Salary: - $56,000 - $70,000, depending upon experience.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 

1. New Jersey State Certification with appropriate endorsements.
2. Exceptional writing, oral, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
3. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
4. Required criminal history check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.
5. Such alternative or additional qualifications as the Superintendent or Board of Education may deem appropriate.
