ANTICIPATED:  Principal, Elementary
12-month position / Tenure Track position
 

The Manville School District is seeking a progressive, proven school leader for an Elementary School Principal.  The candidate should have the following characteristics:

• Proven leadership experience focused on serving students, faculty, and staff   
• Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader
• Experience supporting Guidance department and development of school-wide master schedule
• Extensive experience in community development and community relations
• Proven ability to develop and oversee school budget
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute staff development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively integrate technology throughout the school 

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate or eligibility
• Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, and school management/improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

This position is for an upcoming vacancy and we are looking to fill this role within 4-8 weeks. 

Salary Range:  $117,962 - $150,027 for the 2026-2027 school year based on years of experience
