Description Help Desk Technician needed to join a busy team of IT professionals engaged in the daily business of running a help desk, supporting a mix of admins, teachers, staff and students, managing various systems, and moving projects along in a 1:1 Chromebook district. The person would provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and application problems and supports our District 1:1 initiative, from inventory and distribution to supporting devices in the hands of students. Other duties include: maintain existing inventory; support of testing windows; imaging; equipment disposal; vendor contact; printers; SMART Boards. The right candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills and answer calls, emails, Helpdesk tickets in a timely fashion, and work within the department to find a quick and accurate resolution to issues. Technology degree strongly preferred. Twelve-month position. Effective asap
