Qualifications:

Applicant must fill out an online application
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
Black Seal Boilers License
Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned
Must be available for snow removal & the ability to remove snow
Must be able to climb a ladder to perform lighting maintenance and any other custodial tasks that may require climbing
Proof of either valid NJ Driver License or NJ ID Card
Transportation (own vehicle)
