POSITION: SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – FINANCE & PERSONNEL
QUALIFICATIONS : 1. BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required2. Working knowledge of Oracle DBMS administration and PL/SQL3. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server DBMS administration and TSQL4. Experience with CSI Smarts Budget/Personnel and Frontline Education software recommended5. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills6. Must be a quick learner, focused and detailed oriented7. Demonstrated reliability and dependability
RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Administer district budgetary and human resources systems:Maintain user accounts and system securityProvide support to the school communityImplement new procedures and train relevant usersDevelop and maintain custom reportsWork with the associated vendors for implementation and troubleshooting assistanceDevelop and maintain customizations to applicable softwareMaintain and administer district time clock system2. Oversee personnel data related to NJSLEDS:Perform submissionsEnsure Accuracy of dataCoordinate data entry with various stakeholdersDevelop and maintain custom reports3. Oversee district attendance management systemEnsure data is properly synchronized between the personnel system and attendance systemProvide training and support to the school communityDevelop and maintain automated reports4. Oversee district Oracle and MS SQL database systems:Develop and maintain new databases for the district's custom applicationsDevelop TSQL and/or PL/SQL queries and use reporting tools to develop custom reports in response to user needMigrate data from legacy systems to newly created databases using MS SQL Server5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all areas of oversight6. Perform such IT related activities in the district as assigned by the Chief Information Office
SALARY: Starting at $70,000
