Long Term Substitute - Registered Nurse

• NJ DOE Certified School Nurse (non-instructional or instructional)
• Hold valid CPR/AED Certificate's
• Ability to assist with health office visits, required medical screenings and administration of student medication
• Ability to maintain open lines of communication with parents, school staff and administration
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of educational software applications, preferred
• Experience working with at-risk students
• Must be able to perform physical work which requires frequent bending and lifting
• Knowledge of state mandated vaccinations
• Experience with electronic health record documentation
• Mandatory Criminal Background
• The candidate will work through our Substitute Company, ESS.
• This vacancy is to cover a maternity leave beginning in September through December.
