We are seeking an inspiring, dynamic, and fluent Grades K-8 Spanish Teacher to lead our elementary and middle school world language program, fostering both linguistic proficiency and global citizenship.
As the elementary and middle school Spanish Teacher at Thrive, you will guide scholars through their pivotal elementary and middle school years, driving them toward authentic communication and cultural literacy. You will design a proficiency-based program that emphasizes real-world connection, preparing students for success in education.

Instruction & Curriculum: Design and deliver engaging, rigorous Spanish lessons aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards for World Languages (NJSLS-WL) and ACTFL proficiency guidelines.

Target Language Immersion: Conduct class primarily in Spanish, employing high-leverage teaching practices (comprehensible input, authentic texts, and contextualized communication) to build student confidence and fluency.
