Preschool Supervisor - 10 Month

The Oceanport Board of Education has an opening available for a Preschool Supervisor effective September 1, 2026.  

Required Certifications: 

• New Jersey School Supervisor or Principal Certification 

Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following:  

• Hold a Master's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and initiative.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, including high-risk populations. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ability to connect students and families with appropriate community resources.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with related service providers, school staff, and the Child Study Team.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Excellent communication and family/community engagement abilities
• Strong understanding of preschool regulations, compliance, and safety standards
• Organizational skills to manage daily operations, curriculum, and program effectiveness

Salary Range - $90,000 - $96,000
 

Benefits: This position includes eligibility for health insurance, paid sick and personal days, and enrollment in the Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF). This position is part of the Oceanport Administrators' Association.
