Superintendent of Schools
Ocean City School District, Cape May County. The Ocean City Board of Education is accepting applications for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The successful candidate will lead a district with an annual operating budget of $50 million, recognized for strong academic programs and student achievement.
The district serves approximately 1,700 students in grades PreK–12 across three schools. Ocean City also maintains send-receive relationships with Upper Township, Sea Isle City, Corbin City, and Longport, and participates in New Jersey’s Interdistrict Public School Choice Program.

Minimum Qualifications
- NJ School Administrator Standard Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
- Sound leadership skills from a variety of settings including building and district level
- Knowledge of New Jersey educational standards and laws

Min & Max Starting Salary: $ 190,000 - $ 215,000
