PART TIME CUSTODIAN POSITION
Part-Time Custodial Staff
Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our custodial team. This is a part-time position beginning September 1, 2026 and continuing through the school year.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
Set up and break down spaces for school events and activities
Monitor and report facility maintenance needs to the appropriate staff
Follow established health, safety, and sanitation procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred
Black seal license preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to work cooperatively with school staff

Hourly Rate range $15.92 - $20.70 per hour, negotiable depending on years of experience
