Full Time, 12-Month Position

  •       Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Process monthly bills and claims
    • Maintain accounts payable/vendor files
    • Review open purchase orders and outstanding invoices
    • Process 1099’s
    • Run reports as needed
    • Perform other duties, as assigned by the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary 

          Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • Must have prior work experience in a similar position
    • Must have excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Google
    • Experience with CSI software preferred
