Under the supervision of the principal, acts as secretary and receptionist and performs a wide variety of responsible clerical work and other related work as required. Answers the telephone and door and manages the school schedule using the online system. Types letters, memos, bulletins, forms and is fluent in the Google suite of applications. Manages finances for the school and types up purchase orders. Responsible for the safety and security sign-in system for the school.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe and database management. Possess good communication skills. Previous work experience in elementary school and/or office preferred.
