Bachelor’s Degree in ESL, Bilingual Education, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.

Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with ESL Endorsement or eligibility.

3–5 years of experience working with English Language Learners in elementary settings.

Strong understanding of second language acquisition and WIDA standards.

Experience in co-teaching, push-in/pull-out models, and small group instruction.

Proficient in using technology and data to support language development.

Excellent communication and cultural competency skills.

Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
