NJ Principal Certificate
Three (3) years of minimum experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration
Prior administrative experience is preferred
Expereience working in secondary education as school administrator and/or teacher
Supervise teachers,conduct teacher evaluations, improve student outcomes, foster student centered classrooms,
Support the Principal in ensuring effective collection and analysis of student performance
Knowledge of NJSLA and State Standards
Strong leadership skills in C&I, staff development, staff evaluations and school improvement
Knowledge and understanding of restorative practices, student achievement, growth mindset
Strong communicator - written and verbal
Engage parents and community members
Attend evening/weekend school activities and events outside of normal school hours
Extra duty assignments as assigned by Superintendent
