Internal Only- 2024-2025 Title I- ASP/MATH Advisor- Benjamin Franklin

Program Details:

Ben Franklin is looking for MATH/ ASP Advisors to help oversee the 2024- 2025 Annual School Plan for MATH. The MATH/ ASP Advisor’s role will consist of ASP reporting, and coordinating Title1 activities with teachers and interventionists to help gather data and implement next steps to better improve areas of concern. The MATH/ASP advisors will also help to collect data, timesheets, agendas, and meeting minutes for quarterly reporting for our 2024-2025 ASP. The MATH/ASP Advisors will meet regularly with building administration throughout the 2024-2025 school year to ensure that timelines and progress towards MATH/ASP goals are continuously met.

• Meeting with ASP Title 1 Advisor to evaluate progress towards MATH/ASP Smart Goals
• Collecting and reviewing timesheets and share with ASP Advisor
• Updating agendas/minutes in ASP
• Accessing data points throughout the year to update within ASP
• Working with the ASP Advisor to update smart goal progress in the ASP document.
• Collaborating with ASP Advisor for teacher attendance/teacher evaluation components of ASP
• Attending/helping to organize committee meetings and preparing agendas/links for the meetings
• Monthly reporting meeting with ASP Advisor to share out Title 1/ASP progress

Program Date and Times:

1. The estimated amount of hours that will be involved with this position will not exceed 15 hours per Advisor per month.

Rate of Pay:

$30.00 per hour.

Time Frame:

October 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025
