Position: Full-Time Physical Education Teacher
Start Date: January 1, 2026 (for the 2025–2026 academic year)
Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Position Overview:
The Moriah School seeks a dynamic, passionate, and team-oriented Physical Education Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire a lifelong love of movement and healthy living while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive PE curriculum for early childhood through middle school students.

Promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Collaborating with colleagues to integrate physical education into the broader school program.

Organizing and supervising athletic events, intramural activities, and special programs as needed.

Maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or Physical Education.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Experience working with children in a school or camp setting.
