Anticipated Vacancy - Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC

Requirements:

1. HVACR License preferred, will consider 5th year apprentice.

2.  Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.

3.  Ability and coordination to operate and care for power equipment and machinery.

4.  Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.

5. Preferred knowledge of univents, roof top units, and refrigeration.

6.  Knowledge of computer use and work order system.

7.  Ability to work independently at most times.

8.  Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisors and fellow workers.

9.  A valid New Jersey driver's license.

10. Required criminal history background check.
