Front Office Operations & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment
  • Manage daily front office operations, including phones, email communication, visitor check-in procedures, mail distribution, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and front office logistics as needed
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination to support efficient operations
  • Ensure the front office reflects the school’s culture, values, and commitment to strong family and community relationships

Student Information & Administrative Systems

  • Support accurate student records, attendance data, enrollment documents, and other school information systems in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Support student registration, withdrawals, transfers, and records requests
  • Generate reports and assist with operational, enrollment, attendance, and compliance-related data collection
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive student, family, and personnel information

Family Communication & Schoolwide Coordination

  • Support communication between school leadership, staff, and families through notices, reminders, newsletters, and schoolwide messaging systems
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new students, families, and staff members
  • Support school events, family nights, testing days, board meetings, and other operational activities through communication and logistics coordination
  • Collaborate with school leadership to improve systems, procedures, and the overall family experience within the school community

Safety, Compliance & Operational Support

  • Ensure compliance with school safety and security procedures, including visitor management, emergency contact protocols, and student sign-in/sign-out processes
  • Assist with student health and discipline logistics by coordinating communication and maintaining documentation as directed by administration
  • Process operational paperwork such as purchase orders, invoices, reimbursement requests, and related administrative documentation

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Compensation

  • Starting at $35,000 
  • Full Health Benefits Included
