Facilities Manager (Immediate opening)

  • Valid NJ Certified Education Facilities Manager (CEFM) or ability and willingness to obtain within one year of employment; Black Seal License required.
  • Strong Knowledge base and hands on experiences in maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping needs, construction, engineering, plant operation, policies, procedures current laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, air quality, PEOSH, AHERA, Right-To-Know laws, building codes and state and federal OSHA and environmental codes.
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance regarding safety and security issues maintenance, custodial and groundskeeping in an educational environment.
  • Ability to use computers and database software and workflow processing programs to keep necessary records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Possess a valid NJ Motor Vehicle Driver’s License
  • Completion of physical and satisfactory criminal background check required
  • Candidate must be a team player demonstrating flexbility with daily work load.
