Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Old Bridge, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services 

• Exclusive school placement

• Hours: Varies by Assignment

• Pay: $25-$27/hour 

• Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.

Requirements:

• RBT certification (preferred)
• Experience working in school setting

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Support students with academic tasks and social skills development.
