Building & Grounds Supervisor

Building & Grounds Supervisor - Full time 12 month position

Qualifications:

• Possess or be eligible to obtain a New Jersey Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM) certificate.
• Fireman's Black Seal License preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building operations and maintenance, custodial methods and procedures, HVAC systems, and the proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and school construction preferred.
• Experience estimating labor, materials, and supply needs.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance and custodial staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Required criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with New Jersey law.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience.
