Knowledge of computing infrastructuresJOB GOAL:To assist the Systems Specialist in maintaining the existing technology infrastructure of the Sparta Township Public Schools.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assists in the maintenance, analysis, scripting/programming of databases andspreadsheets for local use, specific end user use, and/or State use as necessary2. Provides support in inventory system maintenance and the development of inventory practices for technology staff to utilize in accurately tracking district equipment as needed by the Systems Specialist3. Aides in the distribution and communication of solutions for widespread or ongoing technology support needs as they relate to the use of district systems and tools4. Under the supervision of the Systems Specialist, develops and publishes dynamiccontent on the full District website and all school subsites' homepages, and assisting in the training and informational updates as they relate to the communication systems5. Routinely assists in the onboarding/offboarding of employees as required6. Supports end users in district systems including Google Enterprise, student informationsystems, staff information systems, and application systems7. Researches and troubleshoots solutions8. Acts in the absence of the Systems Specialist.9. Perform any other duties when directed by the Systems Specialist or the Director ofOperations.TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:12 Months. Salary to be determined by the Board of Education.
