A Unique Leadership Opportunity
The Woodstown-Pilesgrove Regional School District is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our high-performing administrative team.
Unlike a traditional administrative search, this opportunity is designed to identify the best educational leader to serve our district as either the Director of Special Services or the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, with the final title and performance responsibilities determined by the candidate's qualifications, leadership experience, demonstrated strengths, and the District's evolving needs.

Position Responsibilities
- Providing leadership in curriculum, instruction, assessment, professional learning, special education, and/or student support services.
- Supporting principals, teachers, and staff to strengthen instructional practices and student outcomes.
- Promoting continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and organizational excellence.
- Assisting with strategic planning, state and federal compliance, program development, and operational initiatives.
- Building strong partnerships with students, families, staff, and the broader school community.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid New Jersey School Administrator or Principal Certificate.
- Possess a master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrate successful leadership experience as a principal, supervisor, director, or central office administrator preferred.
- Demonstrate expertise in curriculum and instruction, student services, educational leadership, school improvement, or organizational development.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Successfully complete the required New Jersey criminal history review.
- Meet New Jersey residency requirements or obtain an approved residency waiver.
REPORTS TO: Superintendent of Schools

PAY SCALE: In accordance with the WPAA Collective Bargaining Agreement, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental benefits. Sick, Personal, Vacation, and Bereavement Days are included.
