Woodland BOE seeks experienced, innovative instructional leader to fill 12 month position of Principal for Chatsworth Elementary School. Qualified candidate (holds, eligible for, or working towards School Administrator certificate) will fill dual Principal/Superintendent role. Valid NJ DOE certificate required, as well as two years experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or school leadership, as well as minimum five years successful teaching experience. Position requires demonstrated leadership skills in areas of curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development and school improvement. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and technology skills required, as well as completion of employment requirements such as Criminal History Background Check, etc. Successful candidate will provide School Leadership, and be responsible for curriculum and instruction, school safety and security, supervision/evaluation of all school staff, scheduling, and other applicable responsibilities.
