Looking for 3 summer tech helpers. To work in all NVD, NVOT, NVC, and Admin Building as needed.

Summer hours

Hours 7:30/7:00 to 4:30/4:00 M-T half-hour lunch F 7:30/7:00-2:00/1:30 no lunch

July 1 - August 31

$15/Hour

 

Responsibilities 

  1. Taking apart AV setups in classes for custodial staff to clean and wax floors

  2. Cleaning projectors

  3. Break down boxes and packing material

  4. Put together AV setups in classes after custodial staff is done cleaning/waxing floors

  5. Laptop hand-ins

    1. Cleaning 

    2. Wiping hard drives in accordance with DOE

  6. Assist with graduation build and tear down in both NVD and NVOT

  7. Assist in provisioning

  8. Assist in inventory 

  9. Assist in laptop designation

  10. Laptop distribution

  11. Organizing tech storages

  12. Inventory and log tech to be disposed of (Make, Model, Serial Number and Tag Number)
