Byram Schools are seeking a passionate, and dedicated Full Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance of 2 school buildings, routine repairs, basic carpentry, minor plumbing, checking and maintaining boilers, assist with security of opening and closing buildings and set up and break down of school functions. Hours 10:00am - 6:30pm.
Required:
- valid High School diploma
- NJ Low Pressure Boiler Operator's License
- Criminal History background check
Specific Duties:
Salary:
- $45,000 - $55,000 - based on experience
Benefits:
- Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription, dental benefits, or insurance buy out if waived.
- Other: Enrollment in Pension Retirement System (PERS), 10 vacation days, 12 sick days, 3 Family Illness and 4 Personal Days
