PowerSchool Administrator and Technology Support Technician
Detail oriented analytical PowerSchool Administrator to serve as the district's primary lead for the Student Information System (PowerSchool). Responsible for management of the integrity, accuracy, and security of all student data. Data reporting and analytics will be required as well as ensuring full compliance with all State and Federal reporting requirements, ASSA, NJSLEDS FERPA/student privacy laws. Fingerprint and background check required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing PowerSchool or a similar Student Information System.
Preferred:
- PowerSchool
- Experience in a K-12 educational
- Experience with PowerScheduler and the master scheduling
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in database management and data importing/exporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL and HTML for custom report
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- A+, N+ and Microsoft Certification desirable.
Beginning: Anticipated start date of July 1, 2026
Salary: Beginning salary $65,000 - commensurate with experience
