CLASSROOM TEACHER

• We are looking for a classroom Teacher... This is a Full Time 40hr. work week, with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO and Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement and Continuing Education. Year Round Position

• This position is responsible for the delivery of educational services at Marlboro residential adolescent program, as well as planning and development of recreational activities for the program. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with the Unit Director and other agency treatment support staff and the development and implementation of education-related and recreational protocols and programming that will result in optimum student educational outcomes.

• The classroom is considered a virtual school with a contract through MOESC. However the teacher is in the classroom with the students.
• The teacher will have to work closely with school districts, MOESC as well as the treatment team.
• The effectiveness of the coordination IEP testing, classification meetings, HSPA testing, and all other requirements as requested by sending school districts;
• Participate in staff development, in-service activities and staff meetings as required;
• Participation in case management meetings with clinical staff.
• Must have valid NJ State Department of Education Teacher Certificate
