Shamong Township Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 7th Grade Math & Science Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate is passionate about STEM education, skilled in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving, and committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress to inform instruction.
- Create a classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and a positive learning climate.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to enhance student learning and well-being.
Position Details:
- Tenure-track position with seniority accrual.
- Salary is commensurate with experience and education, in accordance with the negotiated agreement.

Certifications: K-8 Elementary or 1102 - Middle School Math, Grades 5-8 & 1103 - Middle School Science, Grades 5-8
