48 College Credits or an Associate's Degree or passed the State Title I Paraprofessional Test
Ability to motivate and encourage children to do their best, positive demeanor, patience, kindness
Understanding of elementary curriculum and teaching methods
Ability to work with small groups pf struggling learners
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while also presenting a positive image of the organization to members of the community
Ability to work with the teacher to plan, organize and implement responsibilities effectively
Arrival, dismissal and lunch/recess supervision
