Spend your summer making an impact!

Deer Mountain Day Camp is seeking Lifeguards, WSIs, Competitive Swimmers, and anyone with a love of swimming to join our Aquatics Team! As a DMDC lifeguard, you’ll help manage and maintain safety at our five heated, age-specific pools. You’ll also have the opportunity to teach children to swim—one of the most important skills they’ll gain as a camper—through the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. We can help you obtain and maintain your Lifeguard and CPR certifications as well as your Water Safety Instructor Certification. Spend your summer helping our campers overcome their fear and grow as they learn to swim. This is a truly rewarding experience.

Summer Dates:

June 27th - August 18th, 2022 (8 weeks)

8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Our mission at Deer Mountain is to make the world a better place filled with people who are open, authentic, and happy with who they are.  We are located on a beautiful 25-acre property at the base of the Ramapo Mountains, and serve campers ages 3-15. We’re passionate about celebrating our campers for who they are—and giving them a solid steppingstone to the next stage of their lives. Together, let’s enrich experiences, ripen potential, and make the world a better place—one child at a time.
