TEACHER OF BIOLOGY - FULL TIME/TENURE TRACK 26/27 SY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable High School Biology Teacher to join our science department. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the natural world, develop scientific thinking skills, and build a strong foundation in biological concepts through engaging and interactive instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver comprehensive biology lessons aligned with state and school standards
• Teach topics such as cell biology, genetics, ecology, evolution, and human anatomy
• Develop and implement laboratory experiments and hands-on activities
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Incorporate technology and modern teaching strategies into instruction
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events
