Implements the Teacher Effectiveness Performance Evaluation System with assigned teachers. Provides clear, timely and useful feedback to staff, as well as guidance for further professional development including coaching and mentoring.
3 days per week.
NJ Principal Certification or NJ Supervisor Certification. Minimum of three years successful supervisory experience. Strong professional knowledge of content, pedagogy, and current New Jersey supervisory practices. Demonstrated leadership in teacher observation and evaluation. Knowledge of AchieveNJ regulations and evaluation.
