Head Volleyball Coach

Pioner Academy is seeking a Head Coach for Boys Varsity Volleyball for the 2024 Season.

The right candidate must posses the following skills:

• Working knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
• Capable of instructing and suoervising student athletes.
• Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate players to reaxh their potential.
• Able to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Must meet all current NJSIAA requirements.
• Familiar with State NJSIAA guidelines and rules.
• Experience coaching NJSIAA high school volleyball.
• Must have valid Nj drivers license.

Qualifications:

Relevant volleyball coachong experience  at High School level
