Varsity Baseball Coach

Oratory Prep is a Catholic all boys high school in Summit, NJ  and seeks an experienced and mission-aligned leader to serve as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach. 

The Head Coach serves as the leader for our baseball program.  In partnership with the Athletic Director, the coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including player development, coaching staff management, scouting, strength and conditioning and relationship building with future student athletes.  Our coach and program must reflect the values and expectations of our Catholic school community.

Qualifications

• Head coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop athletes and to build programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary Range - $8500 - $9500
