Must be physically able to perform maintenance.
Must possess a driver's license.
Responsible for maintenance of the district buildings and grounds, and the supervision of the evening custodial staff within the district.
Maintenance includes but is not limited to; general repair, mechanical, electrical, facility carpentry and plumbing.
Building management system controls and HVAC knowledge is a plus.
Makes inspections of all buildings and reports issues.
Maintains inventory of custodial and maintenance supplies.
Availability for emergency work/calls as necessary.
Must be present for snow removal operations in the district. Experience with snow blowers, salters and plowing a plus.
Assists with setting and breaking down after school events, summer stripping and waxing, covering custodial sections.
Reports to the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds.
