Description REQUIRED CRITERIA:        
  1. Valid and appropriate New Jersey Instructional Certificate for ESL.
  2. Knowledge of second language acquisition and acculturation processes.
  3. Knowledge of methodological approaches and techniques for teaching English, reading and content to second language learners.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
